We manage transportation and related logistics of goods and services to and from internal and/or external customers/suppliers. You will lead by performing tasks related to support for supply chain management. You will join a global team for logistics and warehouse management.

Job Responsibilities
- Leading a large organization comprised of multiple teams managing different aspects of logistics management, Identify hire and lead a team of logistics professionals and 3rd party logistics service providers
- Identifying ongoing operational process and staffing needs to support logistics operations. Operational performance of logistics and transportation activities in the region to include, exports, imports, domestics, customs clearance and distribution.
- Managing KPIs to track the performance of the regional logistics organization in support of regional oilfield service operations and Develop regional logistics and transportation strategies that follow the global strategy roadmap,
- Managing ongoing operational relationships with carrier partners, Trade Regulations Agencies, Government and Customs Authorities in areas of operations
- Guiding application of Trade Compliance laws including risk management of Baker Hughes Profile to Import/Export Laws and compliant utilization of such laws to minimize cost expense.
- demonstrating depth and working knowledge of custom (import) requirements across the countries within the region. Highlight methods utilized to that have resulted in high levels of accuracy and timely performance.
Job Requirements
- Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics Management or Business 12+YER of experience in Logistics, Transportation or related field,7+YER in leadership positions in a regional or global role.
- Demonstrate history of engagement with various tiers of service providers in the transportation industry; carriers(road, air, ocean), Freight Forward, 3-4/PL service providers, brokers, etc.
- Have a Good experience with understanding of freight spend and the breakdown of components unique to various modes of transportation.
- Demonstrate history of managing teams across multiple countries and regions of the world that produced positive business impacts
- Have the ability and willingness to occasionally travel domestically and internationally.
- Have an excellent communication skills and Ability to prioritize, organize and multitask in a flexible, fast-paced and environment, Have a good process and cost improvement skills
