About Role
Signing and reviewing purchasing agreements with vendors, monitoring their performance and renegotiating contracts. Using quarterly and annual data to determine purchasing needs and performing inventory management. Managing purchase orders, overseeing shipping schedules and maintaining purchase records.

Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for procurement and to develop purchasing strategy
- Initiate due diligent check on new suppliers and conducting price benchmarking exercise
- To oversee and ensure the effective implementation of the tender system so that the continuous supply quality goods and services is not compromised
- To ensure good and high quality materials are purchased with the best price /cost
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in commerce / accounting or related fields
- Minimum 5- 10 years experience in hospitality industry specializing in Purchasing / Procurement
- Confident communication in written and spoken english, culturally adaptable
- Able to work as a business partner in an operations team and contribute to the overall success of the business
- Possess good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
