Job Purpose:
As a Liaison Officer, your main purpose will be to ensure a smooth onboarding and offboarding process for occupants, manage occupancy and maintain day-to-day communication with them. You will also be responsible for delivering monthly invoices and coordinating payments. Ensuring compliance with village rules and contracts is a critical part of this role, and you will need to follow up on payments and maintain contract compliance to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Meet and Greet Occupants upon arrival and make sure the smooth onboarding and offboarding of occupants and providing necessary support as required.
- Coordination with the NEOM FM department to exchange data and plan village occupancy.
- Day to day dealing with occupants and resolving issues as required.
- Coordination with Accounts to release the invoice and deliver the invoice to the occupants.
- Follow up and make sure payments have been received from occupants within given timelines and issue notices in case of payment delay in coordination with the legal department.
- Monitoring and complying with village laws and regulations and working with the relevant department to take appropriate action in case of noncompliance by Occupants.
- Make sure to comply with the contract (terms and conditions) as agreed with the occupants in coordination with the legal department.
