Job Description

Account managers act as client advocates and work with internal departments to ensure that client needs are understood and satisfied. They may assist with making sales, handling client complaints, collecting and analyzing data, and improving the overall customer experience.

1- Account Manager
Job Type :- Full Time
Location:- Riyadh, SA

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the total customer relationship with FSI, Telecom and Enterprise customers; you will be responsible for revenue, wallet share, customer satisfaction and driving growth in assigned accounts Develop business opportunities and exploit market potential
  • Plan, facilitate and conduct complex negotiations for assigned accounts
  • Prepare status reports, including Forecast sheet, activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships as trusted advisor with current and potential clients

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience
  • Proven track record in managing relationships and converting leads into sustainable sales in FSI, Telecom and Enterprise sector for at least 3-4 years
  • Sound understanding of the IT industry, particularly in the Relationship/Commercial environment
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with effective presentation skills to both small and large audiences
  • Fluency in Arabic
