Job Description
Digital Product Managers oversee the entire lifecycle of a digital product, from inception to launch. The role requires a range of skills from market and customer research, designing the product architecture, UI development, to supply chain planning.

Job Responsibilities
- Managing, planning, forecasting and driving growth for categories, and possessing a complete understanding of internal and external variables that impact the business.
- Setting the goals and strategic direction for their initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
- Identifying industry trends and developing innovative marketing and merchandising initiatives to support growth.
- Generating and implementing big ideas to drive business improvement, innovation, and scale within their categories and across the business as a whole.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams that support business needs, including operations, marketing, finance, to ensure processes are in place for flawless execution.
- Drive negotiations with external vendors and represent DP World when meeting with a multitude of external stakeholders.
- Provide scalable solutions for continued growth
- Set project requirements and deliver results
Job Requirements
- MBA
- Minimum 7 years of experience
- Excellent analytical skills
- Experience managing teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- P&L responsibility and experience delivering strong financial results
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Team oriented with strong written and oral communication skills, and able to effectively manage multiple projects with a high degree of accuracy and meet demanding timelines
- Ability to work independently, strong attention to detail, and a passion for driving process improvement.
- Experience presenting to Senior Management
