Ensuring timely and accurate customer service. Scheduling shifts and supervising front-office personnel including receptionists٫ security guards and call center agents. Training and supporting office staff. Handling complaints and specific customers requests.

Job Responsibilities
- Join us as a Front Office Agent and support our dynamic Front Office team at the Holiday Inn Abu Dhabi.
- You’ll have ambition, talent and obviously, some key skills.
- Because, for this vital role, were looking for someone who is able to engage with guests and create great customer experience.
- You will be in charge for all activities relevant to the front desk such as the reception, check in / out.
- Further, you will be responsible for the rooming of all hotel guests.
- You will maintain the cash float and ensure an accurate daily report.
- With your personality you will ensure great guest service in line with our brand standards and procedures.
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role with relevant school/college qualifications.
- Fluent speaking and writing skills in English is a must.
- You need to be highly customer oriented and very passionate about your job with a great attention to detail.
- The right candidate portrays a professional image at all times and possess strong multi-tasking & analytical skills.
