Job Description
The Human Resources Clerk is assigned primary responsibility for maintaining records, carrying out procedures, preparing a variety of complex documents, and/or effecting public contact which requires considerable knowledge of Human Resources procedures and policies.

Job Responsibilities
- HR administrative tasks including maintaining and updating employee records, files, and HR database, administering employee self-service, and responding to any HR queries on a day-to-day basis.
- Providing assistance to all employees by communicating with internal and external auditors and suppliers.
- Maintaining current HR files and databases, updating and maintaining employee information.
- The primary duty of an HR Administrative Assistant is to collect and manage all data pertaining to a business’ employees, but they are also involved in the recruiting, hiring, and training of new employees.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration or Human Resources are welcome.
- Minimum one year experience in an HR department is required.
- Strong communication skills are required (written and spoken English are needed).
