Job Description

Your main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides) and updating internal databases. Our ideal candidate has experience with HR procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner.

Job Responsibilities

  • As an HR Administrator, you willact as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.
  • Your main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides) and updating internal databases.
  • HR Administrators help manage and prepare different HR documents, help employees with issues that arise, facilitate employee onboarding and training, and help with payroll.

Job Requirements

  • Previous Administrative experience, preferably within hospitality
  • Solid organizational skills and eye for details
  • Ability to work well with a diverse team
  • Must speak English language
  • Pre-Opening experience is an advantage
