Job Description
Financial modelling involves building conceptual models of a business or an investment product so that an analyst can then calculate, forecast or estimate financial numbers. Responsible for building, owning and maintaining financial models to support the financial analysis in several business verticals.

Job Responsibilities
- Build robust financial models to project financial outcomes of new and existing business initiatives
- Perform scenario and sensitivity analysis
- Present findings of model results to the senior members of the team
- Be the main point of contact for all financial modelling queries and take full responsibility and ownership of all financial models
- Support the senior members of the team with presentations for the senior management / business heads
- Consolidate results, assumptions and calculations into a concise form for presentation
- Conduct ad hoc analyses for new business ideas
- Conduct internal and external research by gathering data relevant to new projects
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders across business units to gather data for upcoming projects
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or Finance with relevant professional qualification
- Minimum 2 – 3 years’ financial modelling experience
- Experience in a consulting / Big 4 organisation is preferred
- Excellent knowledge of forecasting and modelling principles
- Strong Excel capabilities and experience with PowerPoint
- Must be comfortable working with large data sets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills Traits
- Inquisitive by nature, proactive and strong work ethic
- Analytical thinker with an ability to conduct research and be comfortable working independently when required
- Interest in different businesses and commercial strategies
