Job Description
Food and beverage supervisors are generally responsible for all of the business operations of a dining establishment. Duties typically include interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling and managing employees, as well as overseeing inventory, including food and beverages, supplies and other restaurant equipment.

Job Responsibilities
- You’ll take care of resource planning, manage your team and support your team’s development.
- Assist in leading, mentoring and training the Restaurant Service Operations team
- Supervise and delegate duties; Ensure brand standards are maintained
- Regularly review house counts forecast and VIP list and communicate daily between all outlets
- Liaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal
- Focused on guest feedback and always on go to improve the guest satisfaction scores
Job Requirements:
- Should have min. 2 years experience in similar role.
- Degree in hospitality management / food & beverage
- Should be well versed with Restaurant Service Operations
- Service focused personality is essential and a passion for everything food and beverage
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example.
