Ensure completeness of documentation for agent & vendor registration, maintain documentation with candidates and validate & maintain visa authorizations to overseas recruitment agencies.

Job Responsibilities

  • Obtain draft & approved documents from relevant stakeholders and file them physically and electronically in CRM
  • Maintain agency files
  • Keeping orderly referencing of the filled documents in order to ensure easy retrieval
  • Prepare checklists to ensure completeness of documentation
  • Manage the approval flow of documents though out the organization
  • Ensure proper documentation is available to issue Debit Notes to overseas agencies and follow up on the recoveries
  • Manage flow of approvals for visa authorizations and file the approved documents
  • File documents such as, job offers, passport copies, visa stamp copies in CRM
  • Prepare standard documents that will be used in day to day operations until automated workflows through CRM
  • Work with IT & other departments to document CRM work flows

Job Requirements

  • Graduate with any major
  • Fresh Graduate
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
  • Fluent in Arabic & English
