Job Description
Assists and/or leads in short- and long-range strategic planning activities to create and implement fund-raising goals and objectives. Coordinates day-to-day unit-based development strategies and activities to ensure their integration into the University’s overall development program.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and evaluate a range of fully integrated off/online communications to develop AU’s relationship with corporates and employers.
- Provide advice to other teams particularly around corporate and partnerships audiences, on communications planning, audiences, channels and key messages to ensure the most effective approaches.
- Develop and deliver communications to AU’s members to engage them in your campaigns.
- Work with AU’s RENXT system to ensure contacts are recorded, monitored and partners information is effectively used.
- Create and implement initiatives to increase the support we receive from external entities
- Handle High Net Worth individuals and their profiles
- Ensure that the Corporates team’s work involves people with direct experience of Communications from a full range of diverse backgrounds.
- To undertake other duties that may from time to time be necessary, that are compatible with the nature and grade of this post.
- Meeting the people who want to give funds, invite the funding parties in events, maintain positive relations, introduce fund raising packages on timely basis.
- Corporate relations departments reach out to establish relationships with business, government and community in order to foster business success.
- Maintaining relationships with stakeholders and organizing an event etc.
- Bring closer to the office of Development prospects for endowments and other naming opportunities
- Bring opportunities from the corporates and partners like career opportunities, sponsorship opportunities, scholarships endowments, training opportunities and others
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, or any related field
- With a working experience of not less than 2-5 years; that is directly associated with the duties and responsibilities specified.
- Professional communication skills, both oral and written, combined with confident interpersonal skills & presence.
- Arabic/English language proficiency.
