Job Description:
Responsible for the day-to-day smooth operations of the Customer Service Information Desk, ensuring that all customer service-related activities are carried out in accordance with the process and procedures, and the services provided are of the highest-level standards to ensure effortless, unforgettable, and sensorial customer experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer phone, email, and face-to-face customer enquiries
- Direct customers to online resources
- Create and maintain reports on customer interactions
- Attend weekly team meetings Update customer records in our system, including notes about conversations and outcomes
- Present ideas for improving customer care Participate in team-building activities
- Develop customer rapport Encourage customers to complete satisfaction surveys
- Make recommendations to managers to improve customer experience
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- 2+ years’ work experience in Customer Service field in a reputed shopping Centre, luxury Hotel industry in GCC or abroad.
- For internal MAF Candidates, 1+ years’ work experience in current position.
