Job Description
A commercial manager oversees policy-level business operations for a company. As a commercial manager, it’s your job to identify and develop better business opportunities for improved growth. Your duties include maintaining client relationships, analyzing current strategies, and developing improved action plans.

Job Responsibilities
- The successful incumbent with work closely with key stakeholders and will assess opportunities (including tenders, and quotations) while identifying and analyzing risk, before advising and supporting stakeholders through client negotiations.
- Present key commercial considerations to the relevant approvers both in person and in writing.
- Support the handover process to the operations team, ensuring ‘right first-time’ service delivery whilst ensuring that appropriate measures are in place to track performance against key contract deliverables.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- Quantity Surveying/Project Management certification and/or relevant industry certification
- Substantial commercial experience gained through Quantity Surveying, Contract Management, and/or Project Management, preferably with security, systems integration, or maintenance background
- The ideal candidate will carry significant experience in commercially managing high-value projects for MEP or main contractors
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills are essential
