Job Description
The job role of a CAD operative involves the following duties: Following complex instructions and diagrams to create or modify drawings. Taking verbal direction and implementing into sketches and calculations to produce the final work. Producing plans, elevations, technical details and building layouts.

Job Responsibilities
- CAD drawings of master plans
- CAD drawings of villa design
- Photoshop, touchup / modifications of interior and exterior renderings for marketing
- Photoshop, creating colored floor plans for marketing
- Photoshop, creating illustrative master plans for marketing
- Sketchup, 3D modeling of Special Villas design, interior and Exterior.
- Renderings, renderings of 3D SketchUp models for internal presentations.
- Animation, creating animations for internal presentations of special villas.
Jobs Requirements:
- Associate’s degree in drafting or similar.
- Additional courses in CAD software.
- Practical experience with CAD software.
- Knowledge of engineering and construction.
- A completed apprenticeship would be advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
