An Office Administrator, or Office Manager, completes clerical and administrative tasks for an office. Their main duties include welcoming and directing visitors, coordinating meetings and appointments and performing clerical tasks, like answering phones and responding to emails.
Job Type :- Full Time
Location:- Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
- Checking the availability of accommodation, transportation or flights on the desired travel dates.
- Making reservations based on the budget and requirements.
- Process and follow-up some government related visits.
- Handling secretarial tasks, such as (Organize meetings, Maintain records, Provide assistance, Coordinating and communication).
- Manage office as well as Warehouse’s supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Assign and monitor clerical and secretarial function.
- Liaise with facility management vendors including cleaning, repairing and security services
- Provide other administrative support as necessary such as including scheduling group meetings, internal/external events etc.
- +2 years of proven experience in a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a reputable university.
- Team working skills.
- Organization and time management skills.
- Excellent English language.
